Marriage by Law

Marriage by law is not a right it is a privilege, and therefore should be licensed and tested as any other profession and privilege such as driving, doctors, lawyers etc. These professional privileges are not denied to any race, religion or gender, and partnership between individuals in a professional setting is not restricted to race, religion or gender by law.

Marriage by law is a profession, and therefore education and testing for the license is what is required to ensure the successful out come desired by the social system which supports it.
